[FCIX] route server flaps?

I am not sure if this is the problem, but it can be worth try:

FCIX uses port security and only one MAC address as allowed. I recommend that
you `tcpdump -e` the port and see which MAC addresses are showing up. Make
sure only the MAC you expect is in the trace. Beyond that, not sure what to
suggest.

    Im getting clean signal on my optic with like a -4 or so receive
level so Im just wondering how we might troubleshoot this further?
