[FCIX] route server flaps?

Hello,

     I have been seeing very frequent session timeouts with 
RS1.ixp.fcix.net with about 10 such session timeouts this month alone:

     Im getting clean signal on my optic with like a -4 or so receive 
level so Im just wondering how we might troubleshoot this further?
