[FCIX] Transit @ FMT1/FMT2

- Mythic Beasts sells transit in FMT, but I am not sure what their specific
upstream blend is.

- NetActuate has its own fiber backbone and is extremely well peered

- XO (now Verizon) datacenter is two doors down from HE, so I suspect they
would be in the building.

Depending on your traffic volume, it might also make sense to just get
transport from HE from FMT to another datacenter with more options and
better pricing.

I'm also interested to hear from others about transit in the building.
