[FCIX] Small VPS outside of FMT2?

I'm looking for a small virtual private server and I'd like to go with someone
local instead of a big cloud provider. The only requirement is that it exist
outside of the Fremont 2 facility so that we can use it for monitoring
(nagios). 
Does anyone on the list provide VPS hosted service outside of Fremont 2 (eg
KVM/Xen, not containers)?
