[FCIX] IX Redundancy

Hey Robert,

Two different IXPs (that have similar in-market peers) or two connections
to the same IXP.   In my $dayjob we often have 4 routers on a large IX for
this reason

Certainly no fancy VRRPs or anything else on an IX please, or switches to
add two routers :)
