[FCIX] Philippines IX information?

Hello,

I am in Manila Philippines and enjoying being back with friends and 
family after 2 years of strict entry restrictions due to the covid 
pandemic. I have been casually researching the possibility of opening a 
branch of my company here, and Im trying to learn as much as I can about 
the established infrastructure and opportunities for ip transit / 
peering / layer 2 transport including dark fiber or carrier ethernet. I 
am just throwing it out to this group to ask if anyone has leads on any 
of the above here, and especially, low cost options like fcix if any 
that I should consider?
