FCIX does not have any policy preventing direct peering for paid 
services, so for low volume backup connectivity it would be perfectly 
acceptable, and buying/selling transit across FCIX is fine.

We do not offer private peering VLANs, so if you didn't want to use your 
FCIX peering addresses for the session, you would be expected to order 
your own cross connect.

Only in the situation where we see two peers flat-lining their ports 
between just the two networks would we ask that you peel that one flow 
off onto a private cross connect instead of asking you to upgrade port 
speed like we do normally.
