[FCIX] Transit @ FMT1/FMT2

We may be able to provide transit to others, or our own transit through our
network (blended transit/peers). We also have the capability to provide
1Gbps to 100Gbps+ L2 transport from HE2 to Coresite (SV1/3/7). Not a
service we typically do at the moment, but could be something we’d consider
depending on requirements.
