[FCIX] Apologies for the port bounces

Howdy folks,

Anyone who has a port on SW1 or SW2 in FMT2 saw their ports bounce tonight,
and I need to apologize for that.

I added an additional line to the FCIX peer port ACLs to drop IPv6 Mikrotik
discovery protocol, and it would appear that I hit a tcam limitation on the
Trident+ ASICs in the 7050S platform and EOS flapped everyone's ports.

My apologies for the disruption. A month's credit had been added to
everyone's accounts.
