[FCIX] Upcoming FCIX Route Server Maintenance in 2021 Q1

Howdy Folks,

I wanted to give everyone a heads up well in advance that I am
planning to perform some major maintenance on the VM infrastructure
supporting the FCIX route servers in the next 1-3 months.

The current plan is that the FCIX L2 fabric will stay up, but the
.253/.254 route servers will be down for a few hours during the
maintenance, so if you want to avoid any interruption, consider
setting up direct BGP peering sessions with any peers you're
interested in peering traffic with during the outage.

More details for exactly what day the maintenance window happens will
be posted when they exist as we get closer to the event. The impact
will be all AS7034-based resources, so route servers, FCIX website,
statistics, Google Global Cache servers, I root, mailing list, etc.
The FCIX switch fabric will pretty much be the only thing that stays
up.
